Whargle. Just tried making a couple of chupaquesos myself for the first time. Chedder shell, pizza cheese mix filling, with some pepperoni, diced onion and pizza sauce also inside. It was, well, easier then I thought it would be. And really, really tasty. If a bit greasy. Did have a bit of trouble with doing the second flip too early both times, but I'm sure that will come with practice.

And there will be practice. Tasty, tasty practice.

HI! been a longtime comic fan, and been meaning to try the chupaquaso for a while. I tried making 2 last nite, one with mozarrella shell & cheddar mix inside (the house was surprisingly cheese deficient & I was in an extremly sleep deeprived state, so didn't think to go shopping.) And I made another shell out of Velveeta (chunK) and salsa. and the Cheddar mix.
I didn't fotograph the result's, they where too yummy to endure. The Velveeta, be forwarned took too long to melt the thru in the chunk/slice I used. So the outside had a scary black ness. but To not waste it, I tried it. It was really good. there was a great crunchyness .. and the inside was soft & yummy. ( yess there was an incridibly Vaugue hint of burntness, but the warm salsa & cheese good ness greatly over powered it.)
